Axel Palacios

This year’s Christmas coffee is a washed Bourbon from producer Axel Palacios and his family farm Los Suspiros, located near Palmira in La Libertad, Huehuetenango. Axel is a fourth-generation coffee farmer and part of the Rosma Coffeelands project, which he runs together with his childhood friends, the Morales brothers.
