Housed in a former machine factory in Frederiksberg, Godthåbsvej is where all elements of Coffee Collective come together—our roastery, office, training space, and café. More than just a workplace, this is where we refine our craft and share it with the world.

Transparency as a Core Value

From the café, you can see directly into the roastery and watch as raw beans are transformed into the final product. We roast throughout the day, and you're always welcome to observe the process up close.

On the top floor, you'll find our office, where we hold courses, develop ideas, and collaborate with our wholesale partners. It’s a dynamic space where we constantly push the boundaries of coffee.
