About this course

Join our knowledgeable barista on a journey from bean to cup, exploring the factors that shape coffee’s taste—sourcing, harvesting, processing, roasting, and brewing.

You'll learn about coffee extraction, grind settings, and how to identify aromas to find the coffee that suits you best. The focus is on black filter coffee, with hands-on experience in popular brewing methods like Aeropress and Kalita Wave.

We see coffee as a craft. This course offers a space to dive deep, refine your skills, and experiment with tasting and brewing. With a small group setting, there’s plenty of room for questions and hands-on learning—so you leave with techniques to fine-tune your coffee to perfection.
