At Coffee Collective, we work from a simple yet essential philosophy: To create truly great coffee, we start with the people who grow the beans. We trade directly with coffee farmers and pay prices far above market level. This is not just an investment in quality but also in farmers’ livelihoods, their future, and a more sustainable coffee industry.

Just as you pay a premium for a great wine, we believe that exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding quality deserve fair rewards. By paying more, we enable producers to invest in better production methods, improve their quality of life, and develop coffee to new heights, something you can taste in every cup.

Roastery

We roast coffee daily and deliver directly to our coffee shops, subscribers, webshop customers, and wholesale partners. Each roast highlights the coffee’s unique character, from floral notes to deep sweetness. It’s our way of honoring the farmers who make it all possible.

Coffee shops

Our coffee shops are where you can experience coffee up close, from the brewing process to the stories that make each cup special.

Each coffee shop is designed as a meeting place where craftsmanship, quality, and storytelling come together. It’s where we demonstrate what coffee can be when transparency and sustainability are prioritized throughout the entire process.

Wholesale 

We see our wholesale partners as part of the collective. Together, we share a passion for coffee and work to create something bigger than just a good cup of coffee.

With our wholesale partners, we inspire more people to choose transparency and quality over compromises. This is how we create change, one cup at a time.

Collective Bakery

For years, we dreamed of creating a bakery that could match the quality and dedication we have for coffee. That dream became a reality in 2021 when we opened Collective Bakery.

Here, we bake fresh pastries daily for our coffee shops. We develope new ideas and flavor experiences, which is how we reinvent classics with bold new flavor nuances. From crispy croissants and tangy Lemon Waves to cardamom-braided bread and rich chocolate croissants — every bite reflects our commitment to quality and creativity.

The Office

Above our roastery and coffee shop at Godthåbsvej, you'll find our headquarters.


On the top floor, we host training sessions, develop new ideas, and collaborate closely with our wholesale partners. It's a vibrant space where we continuously explore and refine what coffee can be.

The company

Since our founding in 2007, we have been 100% owned and led by our founders Peter Dupont, Casper Engel Rasmussen, and Klaus Thomsen. After 17 years of being founder-led, Rebecca Vang joined as CEO to strengthen our strategic development and carry forward our mission of exploring coffee’s endless possibilities and elevating the industry through transparency, craftsmanship, and sustainability.

Peter N. Dupont - Head of Sourcing & Sustainability

With a focus on direct trade and sustainability, Peter works closely with producers to ensure quality and ethical sourcing.

Klaus Thomsen - Head of Coffee Shop Quality

With experience as a World Barista Champion, Klaus ensures that the coffee experience in our coffee shops is world-class.

Casper Engel Rasmussen - Roastery Manager

Casper is responsible for quality control in roasting and is constantly exploring coffee’s potential in every single bean.
