We are looking for baristas who are motivated by providing our guests the best service experiences, are curious about coffee and enjoy connecting with people and take pride in making every guest feel welcome.
As a barista at Coffee Collective, you bring together great coffee and thoughtful service. You help shape the whole experience; from dialling in coffee and preparing each cup with care to noticing who needs a hand and keeping the shop clean and inviting. Whether a guest is stopping by for a quick takeaway or exploring a new coffee, you make them feel seen and looked after.
You will learn about our coffees, the farmers who produce them and how to brew them, with a strong focus on recipes, attention to detail and quality. From dialing in to brewing and tasting, you will develop the skills needed to consistently serve coffee at the highest standard, while sharing the stories and knowledge behind our coffees with our guests.
Working closely with your colleagues, you will help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making sure every guest feels taken care of, even when the coffee shop is busy.
Experience in coffee or customer service is a plus. What matters most is your willingness to learn, support your team and put our guests at the center of your work.
You will join a dedicated international team that values craftsmanship, thoughtful service and learning together.

The purpose of Coffee Collective is to create extraordinary coffee experiences in a way, that gives more value to the farmers.
