Tolima Grande Espresso

The farmers of the Tolima Grande Association follow a traditional washed process. Coffee cherries are handpicked, floated, depulped, fermented and washed before being dried on raised beds for up to three weeks. Throughout drying, the coffee is turned regularly and carefully monitored to ensure even moisture levels.
