La Lima was purchased in 2017 and carefully renovated in 2019, when Jorge and his wife began planting high-quality varieties such as Gesha alongside Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica

Located near El Horcón at 1,900 masl, the farm spans 5 hectares and is managed together with their second farm, La Piña. After their first harvest in 2022, their coffees quickly gained recognition, earning placements in the Cup of Excellence in both 2024 and 2025
