What made you choose Coffee Collective as your coffee partner?
I have worked with Coffee Collective for many years, and from the very beginning it has always been about quality. In many ways, a visit to one of their cafés sparked my initial interest in coffee and my desire to work with it professionally.
When I opened my first coffee shop, it was deeply inspired by Coffee Collective and their approach to transparency, from how and where the beans are sourced, to being open about how we brew and present our coffee to customers.

Do you have a story or moment with our coffee that stands out?
Brewing Kieni is always a moment of pride for me.
It was a cup of Kieni served at Godthåbsvej more than a decade ago that made me truly fall in love with coffee. Over the years, I’ve heard similar stories from many customers, which I deeply appreciate, that this same coffee continues to create memorable experiences for others, just as it once did for me.
