What made you choose Coffee Collective as your coffee partner?
We chose Coffee Collective as our coffee partner because our owner has been a long-time fan. Beyond the exceptional quality of the beans, we were drawn to the values that set them apart, like the Quality Bonus system and their commitment to sustainability. In today’s fast-moving specialty coffee scene, it’s easy to get caught up in trends and processing methods. But when we drink Coffee Collective’s coffee, we’re reminded that great coffee should first and foremost taste beautiful, and be treated with care.
How has our coffee or partnership impacted your business?
Being based in Japan, serving Danish coffee naturally brings uniqueness to our brand. There’s a deep-rooted kissaten culture here, and light roast coffees are still often misunderstood as simply "sour." Offering Coffee Collective allows us to introduce a new kind of coffee experience, something clean, balanced, and truly delicious, which perfectly aligns with our concept. Many of our baristas actually joined us because they were eager to work with and learn about Coffee Collective. The brand inspires both our team and our customers.

What we value most about working with Coffee Collective is the people. Everyone we’ve met is kind, passionate, and deeply committed to coffee. Their ongoing support for producers, and their ability to maintain such a high level of quality, reflects a love and respect for the entire process.

We would absolutely recommend Coffee Collective to other cafés, restaurants, and offices. We want more people to discover how special this coffee is. The integrity and dedication behind every cup are truly rare.
Do you have a story or moment with our coffee that stands out?
One memorable moment for us was when the Coffee Collective team visited Japan and we hosted an event together at Abno. Simone and Adam were warm, professional, and generous with their knowledge. I think everyone who attended walked away a fan. When I visited their roastery in Copenhagen, I felt the same energy; everyone was welcoming and passionate. It’s a community built around care, quality, and love for coffee.
