As we are getting our bakery ready for renovation, we are carefully packing everything so that the interior and materials can be reused, giving them a new life in our refreshed bakery.
We want to invite our guests to get a front-row view of the craftsmanship behind our baked goods and pastries. As we are expanding the workspace to meet the increasing demand, we are installing a glass wall, like at our roastery on Godthåbsvej, to invite inside our production area.
Much has happened since we packed Collective Bakery up. The walls have been tiled with classic white 15x15 tiles, standing out against a warm ochre grout. The counter has been sanded down and is beginning to take shape, ready to welcome you for our grand opening.
