Return Guidelines

You can return items bought on or after 21 November till 4 January. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days after we receive the returned product. Please note that the refund will cover the product price only and does not include shipping costs.

Only equipment and non-food items are eligible for return. Items can be returned via mail or in person at our coffee shop at Godthåbsvej.
