We will cover the most popular brewing methods including French press, Aeropress and pour-over filter coffee and share with you some great recipes to get you started.

To brew espresso is an art. Do you have an espresso machine at home and struggle to brew the perfect espresso? Do you wish to fine-tune your espresso brewing technique? We will cover everything from grinding, dosing, and brewing espresso coffee and look at milk steaming techniques.

We have built a beautiful training room in our coffee bar in Aarhus and are very excited to invite you inside for our barista courses. You will meet your local barista behind the scenes who will teach and guide you. You will get an introduction and understand the craftsmanship it takes to brew a good cup of coffee on your espresso machine at home.
