In this course, we will go over all the fundamentals you need to understand to be able to brew the best espresso coffee at home. We will go over basic theory and technical components with a hands-on approach.
You will get an understanding of how to dial in your espresso grinder and learn about extraction. You will learn about distribution, dosing and tamping. We will taste a lot of coffee together and talk about flavors, aromas and consistency. You will also get to test your skills steaming and pouring milk.
