Our baristas follow terms regulated by a collective bargaining agreement; Koncept-overenskomst and other employees have comparable employment terms. 

For all employees, we offer educational opportunities, and especially our baristas have the chance to participate in regular educational workshops on topics related to coffee for continuous learning. If you are driven to compete in coffee competitions, we have facilities, equipment, and knowledge we are excited to share.

Barista roles
We look for baristas that are motivated and focused on offering the best customer experience possible. We appreciate the previous coffee experience, but the motivation to learn, passion to work hard and the will to provide outstanding hospitality is our priority.

The minimum age to join us at the moment is 18 years. Danish is preferred, but if you’re highly skilled in coffee we can live with fluent English. For international job seekers; you must be an EU citizen or have a valid work VISA to apply.
