Coffee have a great taste potential. This is what we would like to showcase in this course.
We will talk about what factors, decide the taste in the coffee; varieties, production methods, roasting and brewing.
And we will of course taste a range of different coffees. Maybe you will experience fruit and acidity in some of the cups. Others will have notes of flowers and sweetness. And then you will taste the balanced cup, which can have notes of nuts and caramel.
