Coffee has great taste potential. This is what we would like to showcase in this course.
We will talk about which factors decide how the coffee will taste including varieties, production methods, roasting and brewing.
And we will, of course, taste a range of different coffees. Maybe you will experience that some coffees have fruity aromas or notes of a flower. Some might taste acidic and bright while others will be more balanced and have notes of nuts, chocolate and caramel.
You will get an understanding of who Coffee Collective is and how we source, roast and brew coffee.
