Coffee has great taste potential, and it takes hard work and precision at each link in the coffee's way from seed to cup. This is what we would like to showcase in this course.
We will talk about which factors decide how the coffee will taste including varieties, terroir, production methods, roasting, and brewing.
We will showcase our coffee roastery, and you will get an understanding of all the work that lies behind a quality cup of coffee. We will also talk about Direct Trade and how Coffee Collective chooses to trade and collaborate with coffee farmers.
And we will, of course, taste a range of different coffees. Maybe you will experience that some coffees have fruity aromas or notes of a flower. Some might taste acidic and bright while others will be more balanced and have notes of nuts, chocolate, and caramel.
