We’ve worked hard to bring you a few more initiatives this year to keep you on your toes. We hope you all get to taste, hear or see what we do. This year we want to be more available to you and therefore we are hosting a 2-day Pop Up shop with Scandinavian Embassy additional to being at the Roasters Village. You’ll find our baristas and co-owners behind the bar sharing what really stands out to us in the fabulous world of coffee.

Wednesday 20th June

The Coffee Collective x Scandinavian Embassy Pop Up
In partnership with our friends Scandinavian Embassy, an incredible specialty coffee shop based in Amsterdam, we operate our own Pop Up Shop. Here we will feature unique espressos with differing processing methods alongside Kalita Wave pour overs. Co-Owners Klaus and Casper will be behind the bar polishing up their barista skills and explaining about each coffee being served.
When: 13.00 – 18.00

Meet the Producer – Hacienda La Esmeralda’s Rachel Peterson
We are absolutely thrilled for this one! Rachel Peterson, the owner of Hacienda La Esmeralda, where Geisha’s amazing aromatics first became clear, will host a tasting of 15 amazing Geishas from their own auction and the Best of Panama auction. Her Geishas set the benchmark for the variety and are considered to be some of the best in the world.
This event is free however there is limited space available.

Kees van der Western – Workflow and Efficiency
Kees van der Western have asked us to jump behind their sleek machines and brew you espresso drinks just as we do here in Copenhagen. Our team who work on our customised 3 Group Spirit at Torvehallerne will take you through their daily workflow and give you a taste of how we operate in Copenhagen.

The Coffee Collective x Scandinavian Embassy Pop Up – Mid Summer Edition

We will again be creating a Coffee Collective shop run by our team from Torvehallerne in Copenhagen. In true Scandinavian style we will celebrate Mid-Summer through a special menu adding some Scandinavian flavours to the mix. Co-Owners Klaus and Casper will also be behind the bar polishing up their barista skills and explaining about each coffee being served.

We’ve been working with Daterra since the inception of The Coffee Collective (10 years now) and this year we’ll be at their brew bar to pull some single origin Daterra shots. Swing by for some sweet and full bodied Brazilians.

La Marzocco – Espresso with The Coffee Collective
Our long term espresso partners La Marzocco have invited us to brew espressos on the La Marzocco Linea PB. We use this machine in two of our stores and head baristas Lukas and Anna Ida will shed some light on how we get the most out of it.
