Smoothly flowing work day and excellent coffee quality are essential parts to a great day behind the bar in our coffee shops. To be able to facilitate this for our barista team, the key responsibility lays on our bar management team – the bar manager & sous chef(s).
From March 2023 we will welcome a sous chef for our soon opening Coffee Collective! In Aarhus!
The ideal candidate joining the bar’s leadership team will have excellent sense of bar overview, strong barista skills and high level of interest in customer service. Keen interest in making a team work on a day to day level and good communication skills are also essential for the sous chef roles at Coffee Collective.
Work hours are on average 37 hours per week. Work days Monday-Sunday in a rotating schedule.
We provide a full barista training course for all new staff and many opportunities to keep learning and exploring what coffee can be. Sous chef tasks we will introduce and train to the chosen applicant gradually.
