Coffee Collective is an ambitious coffee company with sustainability deep in the DNA. We are driven by the purpose of creating exciting coffee experiences that brings better returns to the farmer. We work directly with the coffee farmers and are currently 63 employees managing our Roastery, five Coffee Shops, Wholesale and Online sales.
Now we are seeking a skilled Roastery Manager to manage the daily operations of our roastery incl. hands-on work in the roastery. The ideal candidate has management experience from a production environment, excellent organizational skills and great interest in staff management, logistics and optimizing production flow. Prior roasting experience is not a prerequisite.
You will be working closely together with the Roastery QC responsible and referring directly to the company’s CEO. All qualified, motivated applicants are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and skills:
Danish language skill is preferred but if you’re experienced in roastery production work we welcome fluent English as work language. Working hours are between Monday-Friday 07-17.
We expect the chosen applicant to be dedicated to pursuing this role for a minimum of two years to learn, contribute and grow with our roastery in a sustainable manner. The chosen applicant will negotiate wage for the position based on their experience and skills.
