We are a coffee roastery with six coffee shops, our own green coffee import, wholesale and webshop in Copenhagen, Denmark. Creating the best coffee experiences in the world in ways that bring a better return to the farmers is what drives us. We focus on sustainability and transparency from seed to cup. We aim to set new standards for the coffee industry both in how we trade, employ, brew and serve, and at the same time, we want to keep discovering and stay curious about what all coffee can be.

The chosen applicant will get to participate in the setting up of a brand new bakery, choosing produce and equipment and setting up a daily workflow for the bakery team. The bakery will be part of our Coffee Shop division and the Head Baker will as such refer to the overall responsibility for the Coffee Shops.
We offer the employee a chance to manage their own kitchen, innovate the best baking goods possible to match our coffee, manage kitchen economics and daily operations with the support of a balanced and encouraging organisation by your side. Moreover, we offer a full barista training course and many opportunities to keep exploring what taste, coffee and leadership can be.

Interviews will be held in the following 2 weeks. The position is scheduled to start 4th January 2021 but the exact start date will be negotiated with the chosen applicant.
Danish is preferred but if you’re flawless in English, we can work with that. You must be already living in Denmark, be an EU citizen, or have a valid work VISA to apply.
