Our hot chocolate is made by Friis-Holm with organic O'Payo chocolate grown in Nicaragua in the Waslala region, sugar, a little sea salt, and nothing else.

It is a balanced chocolate drink where sweetness, bitterness, acidity, salt, and umami are present. The combination of the aromas gives a complex and balanced cup of hot chocolate.

In collaboration with Friis-Holm, we have been able to offer our guests in our coffee shops a creamy alternative to a cup of coffee, without compromising. You can now achieve the same delicious result at home.
