Each farmer in the El Vergel community processes their own harvest using traditional methods, with support from the farmer-led CAFECO cooperative. Together, they’ve created a traceable coffee that honors both the land and the people who care for it.

Our partnership with CAFECO began with a shared vision: sustainability, transparency, and exceptional quality. By sourcing from the village of El Vergel, we support smallholder farmers cultivating under shade and working collectively for a better future.
