Are you passionate about HR and creating a positive workplace culture?

We are looking for a structured and dedicated HR Coordinator for our daily administrative HR processes, focusing on employee well-being and organizational development.

In this role, you will work closely with our Head of HR to ensure effective processes in recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and internal communication. Your efforts will be crucial in creating a professional, structured, and engaging workplace for all employees. The position is primarily intended for 37 hours a week, but we are open to discussing the possibility of a 30-hour work week if desired. The work will take place at our office, centrally located in Frederiksberg.

The role includes:

HR Administration:

- Handle daily HR administrative tasks, including updating employee data, contract management, and maintaining personnel information.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR data (e.g., absences, vacation, and employee development conversations).
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data security.
- Prepare and update policies, procedures, and personnel documents in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Administer pension schemes and maintain contact with pension companies.
- Monitor time registration systems and ensure proper handling of payroll data.

Communication:

- Support the Head of HR in ensuring clear and consistent internal communication about HR policies, employee benefits, and initiatives to promote a healthy work environment.
- Act as a partner in communicating the company’s goals and values to employees.
- Provide advice to managers regarding agreements, local agreements, and contractual matters.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Assist in drafting and publishing job postings as well as organizing recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with managers.
- Participate in interviews alongside department heads and the Head of HR.
- Ensure an efficient and professional onboarding process for new employees and follow up on their well-being in the initial months.
- Ensure that our employee branding reflects the company’s values and culture.

Employee Well-being and Engagement:

- Plan and execute well-being initiatives such as employee surveys, social events, and workshops that strengthen community and motivation.
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of engagement and well-being and suggest improvements in collaboration with the Head of HR.
- Support the development and implementation of initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and the company’s values.

Who are you?

You are a strong team player who thrives on collaborating and sharing knowledge with your colleagues. You have a keen eye for detail and ensure that both internal processes and legal guidelines are followed. Your experience in a coordinating role, preferably in a dynamic and growth-oriented organization, enables you to handle complex tasks with an overview. You can envision yourself as a communicator of the company’s values to both employees and partners, and if you have operational experience, it is a definite plus.

Your qualifications:

- Experience with HR administration and communication.
- Strong organizational skills and experience handling multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both Danish and English, both written and verbal.
- You work in a structured and independent manner and can maintain an overview in a busy day-to-day environment.
- You are empathetic, relationship-building, and have a great interest in improving employee well-being.

We offer:

- An exciting position in a company that is passionate about coffee and sustainability. We prioritize social sustainability and actively work to ensure good conditions for both employees and farmers.
- An inclusive work environment with skilled colleagues, where your efforts directly contribute to employee well-being and the development of the company culture.
- Opportunities for personal and professional development.
- Opportunities to take on significant responsibilities in a dynamic growing company.

You will report directly to the Head of HR and collaborate and consult with both department heads and employees.

If you are ready to take on a coordinating role focused on optimizing the work environment and developing and improving work processes that create value for employees and the entire company, we would love to hear from you.
