Finca Alasitas Geisha

Bolivia

Finca Alasitas Geisha

Jasmine, bergamot in the aroma. Light and balanced with fine acidity.

Finca Alasitas is owned by the Rodrigues family who has been central in the development of speciality coffee in Bolivia. On Alasitas they grow Java, Caturra and this aromatic Geisha at 1.580 meters above sea level.

The coffee berries are depupled, fermented and washed at the family wet mill Finca Buena Vista.

Due to the high quality, we’ve paid 8 times market price (15 $/lb FOB).

We’ve roasted this coffee light with a little aggressive heat input to highlight the unique aromas of this coffee.
