For a couple of years, this thought of making a really great tasting coffee soft serve has been rummaging in the back of our collective minds. The idea of making a softice that would have loads of coffee flavour but very little bitterness really intrigued us. We could feel it was something we wanted to taste ourselves.
Finally, after a tip from Jakob de Neergaard of Jacob & Jakob Icecream we managed to find a suitable machine (and boy are those expensive!) as well as a base that would match our coffee. The result is amazing, if we may say so ourselves, and the reactions we have gotten so far are overwhelming.
Now we’re happy to serve you our Coffee Softice made with perfectly brewed espressos every day at our shop in Torvehallerne. The release yesterday was outstanding and we’re thrilled to see the positive response to it.
